Why is dropping off the computer cheaper?
I am often able to repair a machine faster in my home than yours because of access to hardware, software and internet resources.
What if I don't have my original software?
I can install operating systems and drivers without the original disks. I do not install any software applications (eg. MS Office) without the installation disks and CD key. I may install a trial version of an Anti-Virus Software. You will need to purchase the software if you wish to continue using it.
Can you recover any of my files on the hard drive if it won't start?
In many cases, yes! In the case of data recovery, drop off is required.
Why is support only provided for 48 Hours?
Competitors usually don't provide support at all after repairs are completed for free. During the first 48 hours you may have a problem or question. I want to ensure a trouble-free return of your PC. After 48 hours, if you install a piece of software or hardware that causes another problem, that is a seperate issue and may require an additional visit.

Can I take notes or do you provide a guide?
Each lesson is customized based on your needs and questions. Taking notes is certainly an option and these are hands-on lessons.
Can a neighbor come over and watch?
In order to meet your needs and offer you all the benefits of a private tutoring session, I would not recommend it. If an immediate family member would like to watch, they are welcome.
Do you tutor any academic subjects like Math, Science or Language Arts?
Yes. I offer academic tutoring services at a rate of $40 per hour in your home.

Most Retail PC Repair Shops charge a minimum of $100.00 per repair & on-site services starting at $70 per hour.
I believe in a fair price for excellent service.
